This Service Delivery Policy explains how the services offered on readmypast.com are delivered to you. readmypast.com is a Vedic astrology service operated by Acharya Anand. All services are digital and delivered online — there is nothing physical to ship, and you do not need a postal address to receive what you purchase. Please read this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No physical shipping

We do not sell or dispatch any physical goods. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, and no delivery charges. Every service — both the free reading and the paid consultations — is delivered entirely online. References to "delivery" on this site mean the electronic delivery of a reading, a joining link, or a live session.

The free "read your past" reading

The "read your past" reading is genuinely free and requires no purchase or payment of any kind. To receive it, you submit a few details through the form on the website — typically your name, your date of birth, your time of birth, and your place of birth, along with the contact details where you would like to receive the reading.

• Delivery method: the reading is generated from your birth details and shown on the website and/or sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you provide.
• Timing: the on-site portion is delivered instantly or near-instantly after you submit your details. Where a reading is also sent by email or WhatsApp, it is usually delivered within a few minutes; occasional delays can occur due to network or email-provider conditions.
• Nature of the reading: this is interpretive astrological guidance offered for reflection. It is not a guaranteed prediction and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Paid one-to-one consultations

After your free reading, you may choose to book a paid one-to-one consultation with Acharya Anand. These consultations are delivered live and online, using the same delivery model as astromata.com — through live chat, audio call, or video call, as agreed at the time of booking. You join the session remotely from wherever you are; no travel and no in-person visit is required.

Session durations and pricing

Consultations are offered in three durations:

• 30-minute session — ₹21,000 (INR)
• 60-minute session — ₹35,000 (INR)
• 90-minute session — ₹51,000 (INR)

You choose the duration and the consultation mode (chat, audio, or video) when you book. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are processed securely through Razorpay.

How booking and scheduling works

• Select the session length and consultation mode you want, then choose an available date and time slot.
• Complete payment securely via Razorpay to confirm your booking.
• Once payment is confirmed, your slot is reserved and you receive a booking confirmation.
• Where helpful, you may be asked for the birth details (date, time, and place of birth) and any specific questions or life-event details you would like the consultation to focus on, so that Acharya Anand can prepare in advance.

How you receive your joining link

After your booking is confirmed, the details you need to join the session — such as the chat access, call details, or video meeting link — are sent to you electronically:

• By email to the address you provided at booking, and/or
• By WhatsApp to the number you provided.

You will typically receive the joining details in your booking confirmation, with a reminder closer to the session time. Please make sure the email address and phone number you give at booking are correct and that you can access them, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the confirmation. If you have not received your joining link in good time before the session, contact us at hello@readmypast.com or +91 96116 64411 so we can resend it.

What you need on your side

• A stable internet connection.
• For audio or video sessions, a device with a working microphone (and camera for video) and, ideally, WhatsApp or the agreed calling/meeting app installed.
• A quiet, private space where you can speak comfortably for the full session duration.

Timezone handling for NRI and international clients

We serve clients in India and across the world, including the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Singapore. To avoid confusion across timezones:

• Available slots are shown with their time reference, and your confirmation states the session date and time clearly.
• Wherever possible, we confirm the session time in your local timezone in addition to India Standard Time (IST) so there is no ambiguity.
• If you are unsure how your slot maps to your local time, contact us before the session and we will confirm it for you.

It remains your responsibility to join at the correct local time. We recommend adding the session to your calendar as soon as you receive the confirmation.

If a session is missed, delayed, or interrupted

• If you are running late: please join as soon as you can. The session is scheduled for a fixed duration, so a late start may shorten the time available. Where it is reasonably possible, we will try to accommodate you.
• If you miss a booked session entirely without notice (a no-show): the session is treated as delivered, because the time was reserved exclusively for you. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this is handled.
• If you need to reschedule: let us know as early as possible. Reschedules are accommodated where reasonably possible, subject to availability.
• If the practitioner cannot start on time or is unavailable: we will reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time, or, if a paid session has not yet been delivered, arrange a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If a technical problem (such as a dropped call or connectivity failure) interrupts a session: we will attempt to reconnect and continue. If the interruption cannot be resolved during the scheduled time, we will work with you to complete the remaining time or reschedule the balance of the session fairly.

Nature of the service

All readings and consultations are interpretive astrological guidance, offered for reflection and personal insight. We do not promise or guarantee specific predictions, results, outcomes, or accuracy. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice; for such matters, please consult a qualified professional. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not submit a minor's details without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
